FAQs
Do I need to have a team to join?
Not at all. The Boardroom is designed for both successful solo REALTORS® and team leaders. Your business model should support your goals, not somebody else's definition of success.
What if I can't attend every live session?
You'll have access to recorded Academy training sessions and learning resources. Boardroom coaching sessions are designed for live participation, so attending regularly will help you get the greatest value from the experience.
What happens during the scheduled breaks?
Live sessions pause during scheduled breaks in August, December, and March. Your Academy resources and recorded trainings remain available throughout the 12-month experience.
How is The Boardroom different from the Align & Prosper Academy?
The Academy is a self-directed learning membership with monthly live training and educational Q&A.
The Boardroom includes full Academy access, plus three monthly small-group coaching sessions, four private coaching sessions, personalized strategic guidance, and accountability.
Is this program only for REALTORS®?
The Boardroom is designed primarily for established REALTORS®, although other service-based entrepreneurs may be considered when the program is a good fit for their business and goals.
